Anion exchange resins are specialized media designed to remove negatively charged contaminants from water through ion exchange. Aries Chloride Form Anion Filter Cartridges utilize strong base anion resin in the chloride form, making them highly effective for removing fluoride, arsenic, nitrates, sulfates, and other anionic contaminants. The chloride form provides excellent regeneration capacity and consistent performance across varying water conditions. As water passes through the cartridge, the resin exchanges chloride ions for unwanted contaminants, effectively removing them from the water supply. This drop-in design makes installation and replacement simple and convenient, fitting standard filter housings without the need for additional hardware. Chloride form anion resins are particularly effective in applications where fluoride or arsenic removal is a primary concern, and they maintain their exchange capacity longer than hydroxide form resins in typical water treatment conditions.
